- Academic details such as class, exam preference (JEE, NEET, Boards), and study preferences
b) WhatsApp Communication Data
If you opt in to receive messages or contact us via WhatsApp, we may process:

- Message content exchanged with our WhatsApp Business account
- Message metadata such as timestamps and delivery status
We use the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) provided by Meta to enable this communication.
c) Usage and Activity Data
- Study session duration and frequency
- Feature usage (for example Aura Mode and AI Planner)
- In app interactions and events to improve app performance
d) Device and Technical Data
- Device type, operating system, and app version
- Anonymous identifiers and log data used for troubleshooting and security

ClutchPrep uses the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) to communicate with users who opt in. Messages may include account updates, study reminders, onboarding guidance, and support communication.
Meta may process data according to its own policies. ClutchPrep does not sell or rent your WhatsApp data to third parties.
